On Thursday, Sept. 17, Limestone University will commemorate the 233rd year since the signing of the United States Constitution. The event, which will take place outside of Fullerton Auditorium, is being organized by Limestone's Criminal Justice Club. Matt Kendall of the 7th Circuit Solicitor's Office, will be speaking on the meaning of the Constitution in today's society. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be moved inside Fullerton Auditorium.

The ceremony will begin at 7 p.m. with the playing and singing of patriotic tunes by the Limestone University Band and Chorus. That will be followed by a discussion of the impacts and importance of the United States Constitution.
