To create a helpdesk ticket, you have 2 options.

  1. Call and speak with a helpdesk attendee during work hours.

    If you are calling from on campus, please dial extension 4357 (help).
  2. Email with as much detail as possible, and a ticket will be automatically created. One of our technicians will reach out to you.
