Celebration Of Life Service

The Limestone University community is invited to attend a memorial Celebration of Life for Jaheim Mathis at 3 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 8, inside Fullerton Auditorium.

Family, friends, football staff, and Pastor Holden Poole will lead the Celebration. Those close to Jaheim will have the opportunity to share brief stories and memories.

Also, as part of the service, Limestone will hold a candlelight vigil in Jaheim’s memory and in prayer for those whose lives he touched.

Those in attendance can also remember Jaheim by writing cards of prayers, encouragement, memories, and words of comfort inside the Fullerton foyer beginning at 2 p.m.

For those who cannot attend, Limestone is asking you to pray for the family and friends of this outstanding young man. Jaheim’s actions and attitudes as an excellent student, athlete, and person will leave a lasting impact on those who knew him.
