The Inaugural Music Major Experience Day
March 31st, 2023

Join us at Limestone University to experience life as a music student!

Our beautiful upstate campus is a wonderful place to visit and call home. Together we will explore classes, participate in ensembles, and hold LU Music Program auditions for those interested at the close of the day! 

All instrumentalists and vocalists are welcome!

This event is free to participants, and lunch is provided for each student and TWO guests!

Registration opens on March 2nd, 2023 and will close on March 24th, 2023!

Sample Schedule: 

8:30 am - Registration & Introduction
9:00 am - Beginning Aural Skills
10:00 am - Small Performance and Info Session
11:00 am - Instrumental conducting (current students help teach prospective students basic patterns/gestures)
12:00 pm - Lunch & Guided Tour
1:00 pm - Master Classes with applied faculty
2:00 pm - Chorus or Wind Ensemble
3:00 pm - Music Program Auditions [If applicable]
