CM 103

Narratives Across Media

Humans are "story-telling animals" who demonstrate this impulse through many narrative traditions in every medium and meta-medium. In this course, students will explore how story-telling takes place in oral narratives, stage, TV, film, museums and galleries, amusement park attractions and digital environments, and will apply this knowledge to composing a meta-medium narrative.  This course is a pre-requisite for CM 410; Prerequisite: EN 095. Credit,3 hours.
