Clinical Practice- Instrumental-General
The final course for music education majors, this 60-day course of study in the public schools allows students to combine theory and practice in the classroom in instrumental and general music education. The ADEPT process is used to evaluate the student teaching experience. Half of the student teaching experience will take place in a secondary instrumental class- room, with the other half in an elementary General music room. Prerequisite: Passing Praxis II. All required music courses for music education majors and admission to the Teacher Education Program. Grading is on a Pass/Fail basis. Credit, 12 hours.
