Limestone's Honor Band Clinic is off to a great start with more than 200 students from South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia arriving on our campus.
They will are preparing music that they have never seen before for a concert Saturday at 2:00 pm in Fullerton Auditorium. |

Limestone Theatre Presents "Switched," an Original Children’s Production |

Switched, an original production by Limestone College senior Joey Mayberry, will be performed by Limestone Theatre February 2-4 in the Limestone Center Theatre. The play is for children of all ages. Curtain time for each performance is 7:30 p.m.
Directed by Dr. Tim Baxter-Ferguson and written in the style of Disney's Tangled and Shrek, Switched follows the trials and tribulations of an evil twin who seeks the crown but finds love in the form of a beautiful princess instead. The villain gets the girl and true love conquers all.

Limestone’s Education Program Continues to Produce Award-Winning Teachers |
 Tomikia Whitmire, Class of 2008, was named Teacher of the Year for the Spartanburg Charter School. In the past five years, 16 Limestone education alumni have been named Teacher of the Year. |
Whenever Teacher of the Year awards are presented in the area, the odds are good that some of the recipients will be graduates of the Teacher Education program at Limestone College, a program that will celebrate its 100th anniversary in April.
When the Cherokee County School District announced its winners in mid-November, four of the fifteen (26%) recipients were Limestone College alumni.
