“The Saints Club golf tournament is a great part of our Homecoming weekend,” said Stahl, the assistant athletics director for external operations. “We’re looking forward to welcoming back our alumni and having them re-connect during the golf tournament. And we’re also hoping that golfers from across the community will want to come out and take part.”

The Homecoming festivities will continue on Saturday, Oct. 5, as Limestone holds its Athletics Hall of Fame Induction reception and banquet. The reception will take place at 5:30 p.m. at the Gaffney Visitors Center, and the banquet will follow at 7 p.m. at Stephenson Dining Hall.

Those being inducted include: Meghan Dennehy (lacrosse), Felicia Hallums (basketball), Margaret Loflin Carpenter (volleyball), Nikhal Loganadan (tennis), Jesse Meyers (soccer), Frank Purdy (basketball), Devan Spilker (lacrosse), and Dr. Walt Griffin.

Also on Saturday, there will be alumni games held throughout the day, including ones for men’s and women’s lacrosse, men’s and women’s soccer, softball, and baseball.
