Keasha Currence Wins Miss Limestone College Title

Senior Keasha Currence, a 22-year-old native of Rock Hill, was crowned Miss Limestone College 2016 during a pageant held on Saturday, Feb. 13, at Fullerton Auditorium.

A member of the Limestone Dance Team, she is the daughter of Keith and Vivian Currence.

In addition to serving as an ambassador for Limestone in the community and at select on-campus events at the College, Currence will now advance into the Miss South Carolina Scholarship Pageant to be held June 21-25 at Township Auditorium in Columbia.

The Miss Limestone College pageant followed the format of a Miss South Carolina local preliminary with contestants competing in talent, evening wear, lifestyle and physical fitness, private interview, and on stage question.

Currence was the student body president her senior year at South Pointe High School, where she was a cheerleader and played varsity basketball and softball.
