Assistant Athletic Trainer (#559)

Limestone College, a Division II member of Conference Carolinas, invites applications for the full-time, 9-month position of Assistant Athletic Trainer.

 Job Overview-The successful candidate will assist with the coverage, and supervision of 25 men’s and women’s sports. This position will include but not be limited to the following; injury prevention, evaluation, management, and treatment of athletic injuries, as well as short-term and long-term rehabilitation of athletic injuries. Candidate will help with Education and counseling of student-athletes, and athletics related health care administration, in consultation with and under the supervision of the Head Athletic Trainer, Team Physician and other qualified medical personnel. This person will serve as an Approved Clinical Instructor within the CAATE-Accredited Athletic Training Education Program. This position will require some travel and administrative duties as well. 

Requirements- Bachelors degree is required for this position, a masters degree is preferred. This candidate must be recognized by the BOC as a Certified Athletic Trainer and be eligible for South Carolina State Certification. They must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Limestone College, Conference Carolinas and the NCAA. Upstate Marketing Coordinator (#558)

Limestone College, an accredited, independent, coeducational four-year liberal arts institution established in 1845, seeks an energetic and outgoing full-time Upstate Marketing Coordinator to provide marketing, student recruitment, and student services as well as oversee personnel and site operations for the College’s evening program. Experience in higher education preferred.  Applicant must be able to work flexible hours day/evening.

This position requires:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or experience in related field

• Proven experience in marketing

• Background in student recruitment preferred

• Excellent communications skills

• Ability to supervise personnel and delegate effectively

• Experience overseeing site operations

Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach (#557)

Job Overview-The successful candidate will assist the head coach in all aspects of the program, including but not limited to: recruiting, overseeing the academic progress of student-athletes, scouting and other duties as needed to continue the success of the program.

Public Safety Officer-Part Time and Full Time options

Job Overview - The Office of Public Safety at Limestone College has an opening for the position of Public Safety Officer. This position reports directly to the Chief of Public Safety.  Duties include patrolling campus, screening visitors and other activities related to the safety and security of College property, employees, and community. Maintains order and prevents the unlawful use of force or violence, or any unlawful conduct on campus; enforces federal and state laws as well as county and city ordinances, and College rules and regulations.

Requirements - Minimum Education of a High School Diploma or GED; Preferred Education - Associate's Degree; Preferred Experience - 2 years; Minimum Age: 21 (SLED requirement); As a part of the pre-employment process, the selected candidate must be willing to consent to and pass with satisfactory results, an investigative consumer report.
