I love the outdoors and my escape is camping, fishing, golf and water sports. These activities I retreat to when time allows or the burdens of everyday life tend to pop the top on the pressure cooker. I believe it is vital to our success as clinicians and educators that we find productive and healthy outlet¹s for our stress.
