Professor Carolyn Ford Selected For Juried Art Show At MTSU

Limestone Professor Featured In Exhibit at Wofford College

Limestone College Professor of Art Carolyn Ford is one of 30 artists selected for the current juried show entitled “Art Alums 2017: A Celebration” at Middle Tennessee State University

An Arts Patron Reception for the exhibit, which is featuring 30 years of MTSU art majors (1982-2012), is being held on the Murfreesboro, TN, campus on Thursday, Aug. 31, from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Ford’s art is highlighted on advertisements for the show, which is now on display in Todd Hall.

The Chair of the College’s Art Department, Ford has been at Limestone since 2003. She is an active artist working primarily in ceramics and drawing.

Ford earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Middle Tennessee State and she also studied abroad in Italy. She received her Master’s degree from Washington State University in Pullman, WA.
