Alayna Downey, a junior from Gaffney, was crowned “Miss Limestone College” on Saturday, February 21, at Fullerton Auditorium.

The event was sponsored by the Limestone Activity Board (LAB). The LAB coordinator is Sharlamekia Walker.

The pageant also made a donation to The Haven, a nonprofit homeless shelter located in Spartanburg.

The pageant judges included Amanda Ferguson, Caitlin Russell, Jonathan Trivette, Lauren Cabaniss, and Feytara Graham. The master of ceremonies was Charles Wyatt, Limestone’s Director of Communications.

Assisting Walker with the crowning and awards presentations was Lisa Gory Foster, Miss Limestone College 1985-1986.
