Books may not be returned unless the class has been dropped. All books must be returned before the end of drop/add and no textbooks will be accepted after drop /add. No exceptions. After that deadline, unwanted qualifying textbooks may be sold back during book buy back. Book buyback is held at the end of each semester by Nebraska Book Co. on specified dates.
When returning new books, they must be in the same condition as when they were purchased. This means/includes but is not limited to NO: visible damage, writing or marks, highlighting, no opened software. Books purchased in shrink-wrap must be in original wrapping.
- No refunds without receipt.
- Credit card purchases are refunded as credit back to the original charge account.
- Purchases made by check must wait 10 business days before a refund can be issued.
- Textbooks or merchandise purchased with book slip will be credited to your account.
