Intermediate Financial Management

This course will cover concepts including, but not limited to financial statement analysis, economic and market value added, strategic corporate investment decisions, capital budgeting, cost of capital, risk analysis, long term financing, capital structure, dividend policy, leasing, a brief discussion of initial and seasoned offerings and financial restructuring, as well as a discussion of working capital management and financial distress. Prerequisite: Finance 312. Credit, 3 hours.
