Principles of Project Management

This course serves as an introduction to modern project management practices and techniques, examines current terminology, definitions, and conventions along with the different objectives, roles, and responsibilities of individual project team members. Course includes network modeling, defining activities and events, cost estimating and reporting, single and multiple resource allocation and leveling. Computerized project management software will be used. Prerequisites: Management 300 English 102. Credit, 3 hours.
