SCHEDULING
- Students must sign up at least seven days before the first departure of each break to be guaranteed an assignment and at least two and a half hours prior to the departure of their flight. After this reservation period, seats will be on a first-come, first-serve-basis. The Office of Student Services reserves the right to refuse services but will assist you in finding other transportation. City Cab fees are approximately $65 for a delivery. Pickup is available if someone rides in the cab to pick you up from the airport.
- To reserve your space, pay the fee and bring ALL airline flight information to the Office of Student Services. For more information, please contact (864) 488 - 8373. Phone reservations will not be taken.
- Return flights are sometimes delayed. To account for flight delays, it is recommended that you make a return shuttle reservation for a time at least an hour after when your flight is scheduled to arrive. The shuttles will operate as scheduled and will not wait for passengers beyond the scheduled pickup time unless we have spoken directly with someone about a conflict. Please be on time. NOTE: You may have to wait at least two hours for other flights to arrive.
- Returning to Campus, please report to the Baggage Claim at the Greenville/Spartanburg Airport or Baggage Claim #C at the Charlotte International Airport. If you would like to confirm your arrival or in the event you are unable to locate the shuttle or driver, please contact Limestone Public Safety at 864-488-8344.
- The College is not responsible for airline schedules and changes. If for some reason you miss your flight, or the flight is cancelled, or delayed, please contact the Office of Public Safety so that they may contact the shuttle drivers.
- Pending space availability, you may transfer to a later return shuttle if you miss your scheduled return shuttle. There is no guarantee that passengers who miss their scheduled shuttle will be able to ride a later shuttle. If you miss the last shuttle, you are responsible for your own transportation.
- The College reserves the right to make adjustments in the shuttle schedule to ensure the safety of students due to road conditions and inclement weather.
- There will be no refunds or credit given for missed shuttles unless weather or other conditions cause cancellation of the shuttle.
