The evening included performances by the Limestone Men's Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, and iPan Steel Pan Band. Door prizes, which were provided by sponsors, included a pendant, an earring set, and $1,000.00 in cash. See photos from the event .
For the 2011-2012 academic year, $174,900 in scholarship monies was awarded to 120 students from Cherokee County.
A total of $486,544 has been awarded through academic, athletic, music, and theatre and arts scholarships. The total amount of aid was $680,345.00 and the average award amount was $5,670.00. |
