Limestone Exhibits Works by Senior Studio Art Major

Limestone College studio art major Raelyn Cuda is showcasing a number of her works during her senior exhibition in the college's A. J. Eastwood Library. The exhibit, which runs through December 4, is free and open to the public.

The exhibit features a diverse selection of media including paintings, drawings, ceramics and printmaking. Such a collection reflects the explorative nature of Cuda.

Wind Ensemble Presents Fall Concert


The Limestone College Wind Ensemble will present its fall concert Monday, November 9 at 7;30 p.m. in Fullerton Auditorium. The performance will include Eric Whitacre's "Noisy Wheels of Joy," "Arabesque" by Samuel R. Hazo, John Phillip Sousa's "The Stars and Stripes Forever," and "Barnum and Bailey's Favorite" by Karl L. King.

The concert is free and open to the public.

Limestone Opens New Theatre With ‘Arsenic and Old Lace”
Limestone College Theatre will christen its new theatre with a production of Joseph Kesselring's classic "Arsenic and Old Lace." The show will run November 5-7 with a curtain time of 7:30 p.m. A matinee performance will be held November 8 at 3 p.m. The theatre is located at 130 Leadmine Street in Gaffney, adjacent to the Limestone campus.
Limestone to Host Special Screening of Peter Cooper Documentary


Limestone College will host a special screening of the documentary "Mechanic to Millionaire: The Peter Cooper Story" on Monday, November 2nd at 4 p.m. in the banquet room of Stephenson Dining Hall. Janet Gardner, whose company the Gardner Documentary Group made the film, will be at the screening to take part in a question and answer session with the audience.

The event is free and open to the public.
