Limestone Welcomes New Members of Faculty; Celebrates Achievements |

Limestone College welcomes five professors to its faculty roster and celebrates promotions of other faculty as it kicked off the 2009-2010 academic year.
Joining the Limestone faculty are
- Dr. Tamara McGovern (Ph. D., Florida State University), Assistant Professor of Biology;
- Dr. Penelope Nall (D. B. A., Nova Southeastern University), Assistant Professor of Business (Finance and Accounting);
- Dr. Stephen Fast (Ph. D., Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University), Associate Professor of Mathematics;
- Dr. Deitra Payne (Ph.D., Capella University), Assistant Professor of Human Resources Management;
- Dr. Cindy Cavanaugh (Ph.D., University of Georgia), Associate Professor of Physical Education.
Members of Limestone faculty earning promotions are
- Brian Ameling, promoted to Assistant Professor (Computer Science and Information Technology);
- Dr. Carrie Ameling, promoted to Associate Professor (Theatre);
- Vanessa Fulbright, Assistant Professor of Physical Education, earned tenure;
- Dr. Anne Lockwood, promoted to Professor (English);
- Bonnie Sarnoff, promoted to Assistant Professor (French and Developmental English).
