July 8 was Limestone College Night as the Forest City Owls hosted the Asheboro Copperheads for a baseball match-up in Coastal Plain League action.

Daniel Smith, a rising senior and music major from Spartanburg, performed the National Anthem and Limestone President Dr. Walt Griffin threw the opening pitch.
