Fallen British Soldiers Honored during Memorial

A memorial service for three British soldiers who died as a result of injuries sustained during the Battle of Cowpens in the American Revolutionary War was underscored by the haunting notes of a bagpiper, smoke from rifles fired by Revolutionary War re-enactors, the release of six white doves, and the unveiling of a commemorative grave site marker.

Limestone Confers Over 300 Degrees During Spring Graduation

Limestone College conferred more than 300 degrees during its Spring commencement exercises held May 10-12, 2012 in the College's Fullerton Auditorium.

Graduates represented Limestone's traditional Day Student Program and Extended Campus Classroom and Internet offerings.

Ann Beam Crotzer '56, Limestone's Philanthropist of the Year for 2012.

Limestone College alumna Ann Beam Crotzer was named the College's 2012 Philanthropist of the Year during a luncheon on May 2nd.


A member of Limestone's Class of 1956 with a bachelor's degree in elementary education, Ann has selflessly provided her support and talents to her alma mater.
