Students, Faculty, and Staff Surpass Goal for Providing Children’s Books |

Members of the Limestone Social Work Club, who have collected and donated nearly 600 children's books for underprivileged preschoolers. When community organizations launched an initiative to collect children's books for underprivileged preschoolers in Cherokee County, Limestone College students, faculty, and staff leaped at the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
In typical Limestone fashion, the collection goal was set high; and with a week to go before the March 25th deadline, the 1,000 book goal has already been surpassed (nearly 1,500 books so far!).
Members of the Limestone Social Work Club have led the way with nearly 600 books collected and donated.
