Fleur EPSThanks to webcasts over the internet, fans can follow almost every Limestone College home athletic event during the year, and now they can do the same as the Saints' new outdoor facilities are constructed.

Limestone officials have announced the creation of the Athletics Facility Upgrade Central page:

Not only does the page provide the background for the Saints' overall $6.5 million facility upgrade, it allows fans to follow the progress of the construction through a variety of means. The most impressive element of the page is the live construction cam powered by EarthCam, a world-wide leader in the field.

Featured in a wide screen panel on the page, fans can adjust the volume, zoom in and out and go full screen to follow the daily activity at the field 24 hours a day. In the near future a link will be added to the page to allow viewers to access a "stand-alone" player that will have access to archives as well as the ability to view time lapse footage from throughout the project.

Because video simply can't tell the whole story, fans can also follow the progress through the full photo gallery available on the page.

Phase I of the contructoin project is scheduled to be completed prior to the start of the 2014-2015 athletic year in August of 2014.
