Health Care

The Health Center is located on the 1st floor of the Dixie Lodge/Dobson Student Center. The center offers basic medical service to students, faculty and staff of Limestone College. Students with chronic conditions are advised to work with a medical practitioner in the Gaffney area, who can monitor their long-term needs.

Campus Security

Limestone College values the safety and security of its students. Trained campus security officers provide security on campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and offer safety escort service for students. In addition, every night four to six Resident Assistants are on duty in the dorms, making security rounds from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. Between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. our campus security officers make the same dorm rounds to ensure the safety and security of our campus. Counseling Services

College life is exciting, but sometimes the pressures and responsibilities can feel a bit overwhelming. Trying to juggle academics with athletics and other activities, and still find time for a social life can get pretty stressful.

The Sib Collins Counseling Center provides free and confidential short-term counseling services to students dealing with personal and social conflicts or trying to cope with stress. The Center is located in Room 110, East Cooper Hall in the main administration building, and is staffed by a professional counselor. Appointments are suggested, however walk-in service is generally also provided. The Center also has a list of local counseling resources for referrals off-campus.
