The Walt Griffin Physical Education Center is the hub of activity for the Physical Education Department. The 16,224 square-foot facility includes a fitness and weight training center, an athletic training rehabilitation center, and three classrooms. Offices for faculty, staff and coaches, and a practice area for the wrestling team are also housed in the center.

In addition, the Timken Physical Education Center contains an 1800-seat gymnasium, an Olympic size swimming pool, classrooms, locker rooms, and offices.
