Philosophy and Goals

The Human Resources Management major prepares students for the complex nature of human resources. Students will be exposed to all areas of Human Resources to prepare them to take the Human Resource Certification Test. The curriculum is designed to prepare students to enter jobs such as: training instructors, job evaluation specialists, benefits supervisors, human recourse managers and specialists, compensation managers, or recruiting managers. In addition to the major in Human Resources Management, all students will also receive a minor in Business Administration.
