Athletic Training Program Course Sequence |
Required Courses
The Athletic Training Major is housed in the Division of Education and Physical Education within the Physical Education, Athletic Training, and Sport Management Department. ATSs are awarded a Bachelor of Science degree upon the completion of a minimum of 123 credit hours. The 123 credit hours may be divided into a minimum of 42 credit hours for the General Education Requirement, a minimum of 73 credit hours for the AT Program, and a minimum of 8 credit hours for an appropriate minor and/or electives.

Please Note: The following Athletic Training Required Courses may be taken as the individual ATS’s schedule allows:
- MA 200, PE 201, PE 301, PE 302, and PS 101 are offered every semester
- PE 331 is offered every fall semester
AT 489: Athletic Training Practicum VI and AT 490: Athletic Training Internship will be taken during the course of their Senior year.
