Neil Simon's Tony Award winning play shows the antics between newlyweds Corie and Paul Bratter and confirms the theory that opposites really do attract. Paul is a straight-laced attorney, and Corie is a far more spontaneous, effervescent free spirit. In addition to adjusting to married life, the two must contend with a lack of heat, a skylight with a gaping hole, several long flights of stairs, oddball neighbor Victor Velasco, and Corie's well-meaning mother. Barefoot in the Park is a heart-warming comedy about sacrifices, choosing battles to fight, and new beginnings.

Arsenic and Old Lace by Joseph Kesserling
Directed by Dr. Tim Baxter-Ferguson
November 5-8, 2009
This play centers on two elderly sisters who are famous in their Brooklyn neighborhood for their numerous acts of charity. Unbeknownst to their neighbors, however, the women's charity includes poisoning lonely old men who come to their home looking for lodging. The two women are assisted in their crimes by their nephew who believes he is Teddy Roosevelt. Matters get complicated when a second nephew, a theatre critic, discovers the murders and a third nephew appears after having just escaped from a mental institution. Kesserling's Tony Award winning play is a clever mixture of comedy and mayhem and is a classic theatrical treasure not to be missed.
Tartuffe by Moliere
Directed by Dr. Carrie Ameling
March 4-6, 2010
Moliere's classic Restoration comedy tells the story of Tartuffe, a con man who pretends piousness and deceives a well-to-do gentleman named Orgon and his family. The play revolves around the attempts by Orgon's family and friends to unmask and get rid of Tartuffe. This comedy of manners is a timeless tale of human foibles and hidden power struggles. As the characters come uncomfortably close to danger, we are reminded of the behavior of prominent people and political scandals today.

Spooky Dog and the Teen-age Gang Mysteries
By Eric Pliner and Amy Rhodes
Directed by Dr. Tim Baxter-Ferguson
April 15-17, 2010
Come see a hilarious play that follows the adventures of this familiar gang of teen sleuths: a butch, blond frat boy, an even more butch brainy gal with a trusty flashlight, a hot-to-trot diva in a miniskirt, a spaced-out hippie, and a talking dog. On a campy and comical quest to find their missing friend, they'll face the ghost of a dead country singer, a not-so-psychic fortuneteller, and the sinister couple who run the fairground. Spooky Dog uncovers hilarious, hidden subtext with razor-sharp wit and affectionate homage.
