Senior Recitals Will Take Place At Limestone On Thursday, April 13

Two Limestone College music students will be featured during a Senior Recital concert scheduled for Thursday, April 13, beginning at 7:30 p.m. in Fullerton Auditorium.

Admission to the concert is free and the public is invited to attend.

Miles Hampton will be performing on the trumpet, while Tamra Hughes will be playing the trombone. Both will be accompanied by Dr. David Thompson on piano.

The son of Stephen Hampton and Cassie Owens, Miles is a graduate of Dorman High School in Roebuck. He was recognized as an Outstanding Brass Musician by S.C. State University in 2014. A member of the Jazz Band and Brass and Wind Ensembles, he is Music major at Limestone.

Hughes, a Music major who graduated from Gaffney High School, is the daughter of Mark and Tabitha Hughes. While at Limestone, she has been a member of numerous ensembles, while also participating in the marching band, Saints percussion, and the chorus.
